Total Health Cover: Cancellation Policy

We value your time and aim to provide the best possible service. In order to offer appointments to all clients efficiently, we ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice Period

We require a minimum of 2 working days hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other clients.

2. Cancellation Fees

Cancellations made with less than 2 working days’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the fee amount. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file. Where you cancel more than 2 working days in advance we will look to provide you with another appointment within 10 working days subject to availability.

3. No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without providing any notice, you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee

4. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of 2 working days’ notice prior to your appointment time. Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule without incurring a fee.

5. Refund Policy

If a prepayment or deposit was made for your appointment, it will be fully Non-refundable. Should more than 2 working days’ notice be provided we will look to offer an alternative appointment subject to availability.

6. Emergency Cancellations

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will handle these cases on an individual basis and may waive the cancellation fee under certain circumstances.

8. Exceptions

In the case of events outside of your control (e.g., extreme weather, family emergencies), we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
